With the online industry becoming flooded with numerous business opportunities, it’s easy to get caught up in the hype when it comes to choosing a legitimate home based business.

I have been in this industry for 2 years and I will be the first to tell you that it’s not as easy as everyone would like to believe. There is a secret to creating wealth online, and that secret can easily attained by anyone if they follow a few simple steps.PLEASE TAKE A LLOK AT THIS HOMEBASED/ONLINE BUSINESS. FREE INFORMATION AVAILBALE, NO OBLIGATION

The first thing to do when looking into a home based business is to find a product that will allow you to leverage yourself.
I have been in direct sales for sometime now and you’ll never get rich without help from other people.

Its okay to choose a program that will cut you a commission check for 1 sale. However there is a problem, after that 1 sale you need to go find another person to buy your product to make yet another sale.
RETIREMENT INCOME
Select a program that uses a 1up or 2up system. A 1up or 2up system works similar to direct sales but also enables you to leverage yourself. Fore example, let’s suppose you made a sale to Bob, he is your personal sale.

Bob now needs to make 2 sales to qualify. Bob goes out and makes a sale to Chris and Karen. Because Chris and Karen are Bob’s qualifying sales, the 2 sales are passed up to you (Bob’s sponsor).

Bob is now qualified and can start earning from his personal sales. Chris and Karen now have to go out and get their 2 sales to qualify. Whatever Chris and Karen sell also gets passed up to you until they are qualified.

Having a great program with all the bells and whistles is great. The main reason most people fail in the home based business industry is because they do not know how to drive traffic to their website.

You could have the best payment plan and business model available; however you will not make a dime until you learn how to market your product. Many 1up and 2up systems offer excellent ad-packs that allow the user to pay for premium marketing which usually results in sales.

Not to mention these systems will teach and train anyone how to become a successful online marketer.
ADDITIONAL INCOME FOR RETIREMENT/DEBT FREE

Throughout my research I have found many systems that offer the 1up and 2up model. Some are more expensive than others, but most of them contain the same information whether you paid $300, $1,000 or $4,000 for a home business.

Research any income opportunity offer to you. Lot’s of scams on the internet.

Listed below are some books to help you start a home base business on the internet.

Advice About Setting Up Your Own Business

Are you thinking about setting up your own business? Have you an idea for a new business but are unsure about how to proceed?

If you have answered yes to either of these questions, this article could be of benefit to you. I am going to write about how to plan and create a successful small business.

If you have answered yes to either of these questions, this article could be of benefit to you. I am going to write about how to plan and create a successful small business.

Many people are looking at ways in which they can become self-employed as they have had enough of being dictated to and fed up of long and frustrating commutes to work.
FREE INFORMATION

They want the freedom of being their own boss and to be able to choose their own hours of work.

Leaving a full time career can be quite a scary prospect however. The security of having a regular income and other benefits such as a pension and a share save scheme can seem hard to let go.

I am sure many people whether rightly or wrongly have opted to stick with this security and to merely keep their business plan as an idea, which they never see through or use.

Other people are willing and happy to take the risk and see it as a way of getting out of the rat race.

When you have an idea for a new business you then need to think of a name to call it. I would keep this name quite short as it makes it easier to remember for people.

It obviously needs to have something to do with the business sector you are entering.

You will now need to work out how much money you will need to set up the business. This can be quite daunting but is essential.EARN ADDITIONAL INCOME

In the short term I would advise to keep these start up costs as low as possible, you can always buy or rent better machinery in the future as an example.

Once you are aware of how much money you need, you then have to find it. You may have enough yourself via savings or a redundancy payout, however most people are not in this position.

If you do not have enough money, you could try and raise money via the family, by seeking a partner or by releasing the equity from your house. There is also the option of a business loan.

The next stage is to market your product or service. There are many ways of doing this including:

The internet via a website

An advert in the newspaper

Direct marketing in the form of leaflets

An advert in the yellow pages

Exhibitions

Trade fairs

I would advise finding out where other people from your industry advertise as they will have tried and tested many of the above options.

You then need to work out how much to charge for your product or service. I always keep these charges fairly low at the outset in order to attract as many people as I can and to get some income in.

I then hope that word of mouth will take over and the idea is that after a few months I will be in a position to increase my fees.

It is also important to realize that we will make mistakes along the way. When this happens we need to think positive and not to beat ourselves up. It is an experience we can learn from.

Always have belief in yourself. At times any business will go through a rocky period, this is when we need to be strong.

In my opinion the more work we put in, the more rewards we are likely to obtain.

Self-discipline is one of the keys to your success. Being able to choose your own hours of work may seem like a dream but it can prove to be many peoples downfall.

We have to ensure that we work the required amount of hours. It is far too easy to stay in bed for that extra hour or to arrange yet another game of golf.

These things are fine once you are established, but this is a long way off at this stage.

PATIENCE — BEFORE GOING INTO BUSINESS — 2020 IS NO TIME TO MAKE MISTAKES — MAKE MONEY INSTEAD

Before Going Into Business

The very first question that you must ask yourself before anything else. You got to demand yourself to an answer to this. Why the heck on earth would anybody pay for what you’re selling?

business, start a business, biz, internet business, resources, web biz, startup, internet money, passive income

1. Why should there be anyone would do business with you?

This could be the very first question that you must ask yourself before anything else.

You got to demand yourself to an answer to this. Why the heck on earth would anybody pay for this “Junk” you’re selling? Yup, “Junk”, as I phrased it.

It doesn’t matter how good your product is to be, to the eye of others, it’s just another piece of product in a sea pool of other similar products.

So, still be very proud of your product or service? Truly you’re 100% proud of it?

You truthfully and deeply believe people would be dumb by NOT buying from you?

Well…you passed the first barrier! You’re ready to start go to next stage.

2. The basic business needs 3 things: Lawyer, CPA, and Creative or crazy fellow, which could very well be you.

Almost every business gets themselves for the first two. It’s understandably so. Good creative person are really hard to find, hard to manage, and you’ll never sure of what you’re paying for.

Every established and sizeable business knows the creative side plays a heavier weight than the lawyer and CPA. CPA’s and lawyers can help you when you are up there.

But at the early stage when your business is still an infant, your business live or die depending on it’s business branding activities in areas like business identities, logos, marketing campaign, advertising copy and business slogans.

Now, are you NUTS enough? Have people been calling you NUTS?
If so, you are ready for the next stage! Do give yourself a “Cheers”!
STARTING A BUSINESS ON A SHOE STRING

3. Singing for Your Own? You Got To Promote Yourself In Every Possible Way.

Do all of them. Yes, Do whatever possible to get your business name to be up there! Get your Business Brand being noticed by others. There more the merrier!

Business can just comes and go so fast before anybody could hears of them. People are busy, what do they care? They don’t care about you and your business.

Why should they care? Get serious. Do everything you can possibly and reasonably afford to do. But beware; you must not mislead others because it’ll backfire quickly enough to wipe your business off.

Do you “Sing for your own self”? Then you’ve passed! Move on to next stage…

4. Big Decision: Could You Win The Competition.

It’s very likely that you’re entering a crowded business market when you first started. Take a hard and closer look at what other fellows are doing; what your competitors are doing right now could affect your business greatly.

At this stage, you got to decide: Are you going for “Head to Head” fight? Competing on better quality? Crazier pricing strategy? Extra Mile Service Level?

Better Marketing Campaign? or what else? Or you would avoid all that, and create you own niche, where you are the leader?

If you decided to be offering the same or very much similar product at the same price, but your marketing materials doesn’t look half as good as your competitors…hey, you’re in deep trouble!

If you’re charging half compare to others, then it’s still alright to “Look” cheap, simply because you are the “Cheaper” alternative where people are looking for.

5. Marketing is basically just a matter Perception.

”Perception” is just another fancy word for thoughts. The thought by the public has in mind all about you and your “Good” or “Bad” business.

Good salesmen control the perception more on personal level like putting on neat suit, very nice smile and sincere voice, firm handshake…etc.

And your business marketing campaign need to strive to achieve equivalent level of effects. And it needs to be at a more abstract level by means of having an attractive Business Name, Eye Catching Business Graphics, Professionally dressed-up staff.

Any things that just might seduce and persuade a potential visitor to become a paying customer.

6. Your Business Identity; Your Business Equity.

The Business Name, the Logo, the projected Business Look, the public’s perception, recognition, or even affection if there is; these are critical to business success.

Big businesses routinely pay big buck like million dollars for these aspects for the business.

Your Business Identity must be well organized to target at desired market. It’s what termed as the “Face” side, the side which public always sees first.

Work on refining it so it works wonders. Improve it to get better and even better, and then protect it, and treasured like your beloved!

Yup, there are so many people who just bought a ready business. But every time they run a new marketing campaign, they tend to fall into trap of projecting a different business image and look. Really, don’t ever make such mistake like an amateur.

Consistently stick on to the business branding strategy that your have chosen on the very early stage. This is your Business Equity.

y keep changing the business look, you’ll get the public confused, and worse still if they see that you don’t even have the basic respect for your business identity.STARTING A BUSINESS WITH LITTLE INCOME

Don’t destroy the business equity; you need to be utmost concerned with your business image to the public. It has its own personality. It has to stand out from the rest.

It has to send clear signal to the targeted market: “Here We are, Come To Us”, “Get Us Today”.

Do Love Your Business, just like you love yourself.

Are You Ready To Start Your Own Business? The 4 Key Questions You Must Ask

How can you make sure that you are among the winners rather than the losers in this high stakes game? The answer is inside of you.

You must ask yourself four key questions to determine whether your own small business will survive and thrive.

business, starting a business, small business, entrepreneur, home business, working at home, working from home

Every year millions of people answer “Yes” to that question and every year that answer costs many of them money, time, confidence, and heartbreak.

The Small Business Administration estimates there are 580,900 new small businesses opening each year and that number does not include the small one-person entrepreneurships that pop up every day.

However even if you are your business’s sole employee then there is still something to be learned from the SBA’s numbers.

According to the SBA, two-thirds of new businesses survive at least two years and 44 percent survive at least four years.

Two of the key factors in the businesses survival and ability to thrive: the owner’s education level and the owner’s reason for starting the firm in the first place.

How can you make sure that you are among the winners rather than the losers in this high stakes game? The answer is inside of you. You must ask yourself four key questions to determine whether your own small business will survive and thrive.

1. Are You Ready

Have you mentally prepared yourself for the switch from employee (or student or whatever label fits you currently) to boss.

You are going to be the one making decisions now about everything from office products to product line.

This total control is one of the driving forces behind many people who take the plunge into starting their ownbusiness but it is also one of the elements that drives new entreprenurs crazy.

When you start out there is an endless list of decisions that need to be made and new questions crop up every day.

Even more important you will need to remember that in a small business you will wear many hats. Even if you manage to start out with one or more employees you will each fulfill more than one role in your new business.

And if you are running a one-man or one-woman show then you serve in every capacity from file clerk to maintenance crew to salesman to CEO. Can you handle switching from task to task and role to role like that? Are you willing to make those switches?

Similarly, have you prepared your family and friends for this switch in attitude. Your life is going to change — probably pretty drastically — and that change can have a positive or negative impact on your family life and social interactions.

It will make things much easier if your friends and family are supportive going into the process.

2. Where Is Your Niche?

Have you identified your niche yet? One of the reasons many businesses fail is that they fail to focus on a target audience.

Yes if you are a major discount chain then you can sell everything from peanuts to wallpaper but this type of business requires vast resources that just aren’t available to the small business.

But small businesses dominate the marketplace (creating more than 50 percent of the private gross domestic product last year) by finding a different approach — a niche.

Knowing your niche means you are better able to find, target, and maintain your customers as well as provide the best possible goods and services to that customer base.

That focus is one of your best chances to not only survive but to thrive in a very competitive marketplace.

3. What Is Your Plan Of Action?

Another key factor in the survival and ultimate success of your business is how much planning you do before you open your electronic or physical doors.

You need to decide if your business will be based on the internet or include more traditional models. Are you going to work full-time or part-time at your new business?

Are you going to hire help or go solo? Have you written (or at least outlined) your business plan? Dreaming, thinking and planning can save you much trouble and waste later when things are hectic and problems strike.

Planning can also help keep you focused and to balance your spending and time.

4. Who Are You Going To Call?

At some point, no matter how experienced a business person you are, you will need help. You will need support, advice, tools, or information — or all of the above.

One of the beautiful, and most frightening, aspects of growth is that it can lead you to places you never imagined.

No matter how much planning and experience you bring to your new position as CEO the unexpected will arise. How will you cope with this? It is important to recognize that no business is an island.

It is not failure to seek help. Failure is when your business shuts down because you didn’t get the help you needed.

The best way to get timely help is to work on your support system while you work on building your business.

That way you will already have a ready list of resources available that you can quickly tap into when emergencies strike. In today’s world there are many marvelous resources available to you no matter what your business model may be. These include:

~ Publications (newsletters, magazines, books)
~ People (professional advisors, mentors, teachers, consultants)
~ Networks (organizations and forums in your niche as well as general business and marketing)
~ Education and training (tutorials, courses, and seminars)

After you have answered these four key questions you are now ready to ask yourself that one big question again — are you ready to start your own business?

HOLIDAY SHOPPING — SHOP TILL YOU DROP — WATCH THOSE OVER LIMIT CREDIT CARD FEES

Credit – Over the Limit

Credit cards are wonderful tools, but they come with serious responsibilities.

You should be using a credit card to your advantage – whether that means getting an interest-free loan every month by paying your balance off in full, or just the simple security and satisfaction that having extra buying power at your fingertips can bring.

credit repair, history, transunion, equifax, experian, bureau, credit card, debt, equity, interest rates, balance transfer, rewards, cashback, gas rebates, airline miles, rebuilding, repair, bankruptcy, bad, good, excellent, repossession, debt, airline miles, 0 apr, balance transfer, visa, mastercard, amex, chase, hsbc, discover, instant approval, apply online, get approved, no annual fee, rewards, history, rebuild, revamp, finance, business, home work, commute, telecommute, outsource

Imagine you had a credit card was a $500 limit, and in the run-up to Christmas, you nearly maxed out your card.

Before taking that last shopping trip of the season, you went online to check your balance and saw that you had $19 of available credit. “No matter,” you say to yourself, “I’ll pay the balance in full when I get my Christmas bonus from the office.”

The only other charge you made was for a couple of mochachinos at the local coffee house, but two days later you were shocked to learn that you somehow went over your credit limit! Worse yet, your card company hit you with a $29 fee! The Mochachino That Broke the Camel’s Back

This can happen a lot easier than you might expect. In the above example, you may have recently “paid at the pump.” Oftentimes a gas station charges your card only $1 at the point-of-purchase and applies the remainder of the charge to your card later that day (or the next day).

Let’s say you had $17 in gas that you forgot about. That would reduce your available credit to $3 ($19 – $17 + $1 for the refunding of the temporary charge).

Then when you bought two $2.50 drinks, you pushed your balance to $502, exceeding your credit limit by $2, and receiving a whopping $29 fine. It happens all the time.

The real question should be, “Why do credit card companies let this happen?” After all, couldn’t they just reject your card at the coffeehouse?

The gas station reserves the funds on your card even before it charges them, so shouldn’t you not be able to buy the coffee and go over your credit limit? It depends.

Some people would find this embarrassing fate more horrible than the $29 over-limit fee, particularly if the second coffee was for a romantic interest or client. But the reality is that credit card companies exist in the world to make money.

There’s nothing wrong with that, but you need to be aware of the fees and expenses associated with your card and do your best to avoid them. Tips for Avoiding Over-Limit Fees

1. Use a separate card for your gas purchases. Since “pay at the pump” can distort your true balance, it is wise to use one card exclusively for gas.

This can be an actual gas card or just a regular card card that you designate as your own gas card. It might be okay to have some recurring charges (cable bill, subscription charges, etc.) also on the card, but don’t use it to make “discretionary” purchases.

If you have $200 of recurring charges on your card and you typically spend $80 a month on gas, this means you’ll only need a card with a $300 limit.

Then again, $500 would be better for a little cushion in case you spend more on gas – either because you take a trip or because gas prices to through the roof!

2. Check your balance on a daily basis. If you maximize the benefits of your credit cards by nearly maxing them out each month and then paying off the balance in full, then you need to spend a little more time making sure managing your cards.

Check your balance online every day and look at the itemized charges. Sometimes charges don’t show up right away, so be on the lookout for anything that’s missing. And if you do use your card for gas, make sure you keep your gas receipts so you know how much you really spent when your statement still says “$1.”

The Real Cost of Exceeding Your Limit

No one likes paying $29 extra for a couple of coffees, but the even greater cost of going over your credit limit is the damage it does to your credit.

Many card companies begin charging you the maximum interest after just one overage – and not the card you went over on. An entirely unrelated company might also jack up your interest rate, even though you’ve always paid your bills on time with them, so do everything you can to avoid going over.

Credit cards are wonderful tools, but they come with serious responsibilities. You should be using a credit card to your advantage – whether that means getting an interest-free loan every month by paying your balance off in full, or just the simple security and satisfaction that having extra buying power at your fingertips can bring.

But when you start paying $29 fees and higher interest, you are letting the powerful tool wield itself against you. Be a smart consumer, but also check the over-limit fees and practices of cards before you sign up for them.

No one intends on exceeding their credit limit, but it does happen to most people, so be aware!

A Whole New World

An insight into the first steps of a new internet marketer.

online income. business, work from home, google ads, make money

If, like me, your career in life has not involved any form of marketing or selling, then to get involved in internet marketing is one hell of a giant leap.

I was first introduced into internet marketing through an email that I received twice weekly. I kept seeing an advert for something called Google Ads.

Now ,at this point, all I used the internet for was either playing games or just browsing in general for any information that I needed on any subject matter under the sun.

The advert said that all I needed to do to make any money was place adverts onto Google’s search engine and people would buy products and I would receive a generous commission. Simple ,I thought ,that is until you try it as an uneducated marketer.

I lost more money than I made, but this can be quite normal for the beginner. I accepted the fact that I had lost money but vowed to continue looking for something that I could do.

So, being curious about money making on the internet I decided to investigate further.

I came across many money making opportunities that promise this that and the other, which I am sure a lot of you have seen yourselves.
Anyway, after a while I found an offer that I thought I could try out and see what happens without losing an absolute fortune.

After starting a venture into internet marketing for the first time you will find yourself seemingly lost in a world of information. There is so much to learn and so many ways to learn it.

It takes time to learn what you need to know about internet marketing And I don’t think that there are any real secrets, just techniques.

On the internet there are thousands of people trying to make money and they are all either making new products or looking for products to help themselves financially.

There are endless programs and E-Books and ideas available that try to help you succeed in whatever money making business you are involved in.

I am not trying to promote anything here, I am just trying to say that when you go into internet marketing, take your time, learn, read, re-read, and learn again.
